Head of Improvement Programme: Ann Driver

Our acute care improvement programme is bringing together key stakeholders to work in partnership, to design,  deliver and evidence transformational change across England.

Building upon the principles underpinning ' Everyone Counts: Planning for Patients 2013/14', our programmes are supporting commissioners in moving towards the delivery of patient centred care and ensuring improvements result in  the highest quality of acute care.

Acute care improvement priorities include:

NHS Services - seven days a week

Transition of children and young people to adulthood services

Urgent and emergency care

  •  Supporting the outcomes of NHS England's review.
