Our acute care improvement programme is bringing together key
stakeholders to work in partnership, to design, deliver and
evidence transformational change across England.
Building upon the principles underpinning '
Everyone Counts: Planning for Patients 2013/14', our programmes
are supporting commissioners in moving towards the delivery of
patient centred care and ensuring improvements result in the
highest quality of acute care.
Acute care improvement priorities include:
